  • Oven preheated to about 205°C

Method: 👨‍🍳

Step 1. Set your pie crust on its plate.


Step 2. Mix the sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon into a bowl first, then follow this with the eggs and pumpkin while stirring in the milk for last. Add a little water if it comes off too thick.

Step 3. Bake first for 10 minutes before gradually reducing the temperature to around 176°C. Bake it for another 48 minutes. You can also check for doneness by inserting a fork and see if it comes out clean.
